Here is a selection of my favourite buttercream cakes, coated in my signature Swiss meringue buttercream. This soft creamy layer makes my cakes so delicious, the buttercream perfectly complements my flavoured sponges. If you are wanting a modern looking cake with less traditional style, a buttercream cake is the answer.
Various texture techniques can be combined with clean sharp lines. Perhaps you would like your cake beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, a flourish of wafer paper ruffles or a splattering of gold leaf, the design possibilities are endless!

Our decorated biscuits make a lovely edible gift to say thank you to your guests for attending your wedding. These are presented in cellophane bags tied with satin ribbon making them easy for guests to take home with them to enjoy as a late night treat after enjoying a fabulous day! Decoration can be personalised to incorporate your theme and colours.
Biscuits can be designed in a variety of ways. They can be embossed with your guest's names, initials, the wedding date, a special quote or word.
